About Sessions
Every individual has patterns and behaviors that hold them back. I would love to be here to help you in your journey to finding healing and wholeness! Through professional insight and proactive coaching, I am confident in partnering with you that you will excel in ways you never thought possible. My sessions usually involve a holistic approach, focusing on mostly spiritual and mental health, but I am happy to work with clients of different beliefs and backgrounds with all different goals! I also have a private Facebook group with mental health teachings if 1x1 isn't an option for you! Book a consultation today to find the change you’ve been seeking, or join our Selah Sessions subscription!

About Shiloh
Shiloh graduated with her Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Southeastern University, in Lakeland Florida in 2019. Since graduating she has worked in well known clinical counseling offices in both Florida and Michigan with married couples, teenagers, individuals and families. Shiloh currently is the 1x1 Mental Health Coach for Jenny Weaver's Core Mentorship Group! She has worked often with clients who have experienced trauma, abuse, loss, grief, anxiety, depression, and spiritual/ministry struggles. However, just navigating everyday life issues and wanting a little tune up is a common area she has worked with clients in as well! She is a mom, wife and has been in ministry most of her life, so she understands the struggles that different seasons of life and careers can bring!
Shiloh uses a holistic approach, targeting complete health in every aspect. In your sessions you can expect to feel heard, seen, and work towards goals you have for yourself. Clients who work with Shiloh have responded positively to incorporating their faith. This can look like praying together, Inner Healing, using scriptures in addition to coping skills and tools, and Biblical guidance. However, Shiloh is respectful of all backgrounds, so these methods will never be forced, but encouraged to be utilized.
